Tipi event layout: Dining, dancing and bar for weddings
In this tipi event layout, guests are wowed as they enter through the double frontage. This two-tent width creates a wonderful dining space for around 130 guests, with great views across your chosen outdoor venue. No wonder that it’s a classic formation.
The dance floor is in a central position for that all-important first wedding dance, and is spacious enough for all of your guests to shimmy and shake. The tipi bar area at the rear comes with our handmade lounge furniture, and you can choose from one of our range of solid wood bars. Would you prefer a classic, sweeping bar? Or our newly added 360 degree circular cocktail bar?

Tipi event layout: Sweeping curve for corporate hospitality
One of our most popular layouts. This sweeping tipi tent layout makes the most of a stunning vista. Katah Event’s tipis for hire can have raised or lowered sides, and in this instance, our construction team would lift and secure the canvases so that guests can enjoy the views and spill over into the outside area. After all, why not make the most of the great outdoors?
Another advantage to this layout is that it lends itself to extending your seating outside. Our tables and benches work just as well outdoors as they do indoors, and you have the option to create different areas of seating for your guests. This is a great option for corporate hospitality or larger weddings.

Tipi event layout: Primed for the party
Lounge seating, multiple bars. If you looking to hire tipis for a party or showcase event, and you want to maximise mingling, then this third layout could be the one for you. The three-tent formation is efficient on floorspace, and a much more interesting option than classic marquee tent hire.
Our tipi interiors and decor play a big part here. Booth seating and our bespoke lounge furniture frames the tent, making excellent use of the curved interiors. Our signature bar is solid walnut with copper patina panels, has an embedded lighting system that enhances the structure, and is specially designed to work with the curvature of the tents.
